About Nairobi Collado

My name is Nairobi Collado. I am a mother of three boys, their ages are 2, 8, and 15.I moved from New York to Florida, 4 years ago with a goal to provide my children with a better quality of life. After moving to Florida, I became fascinated with the real estate industry. What makes me passionate for the real estate industry is, given the fact that I have gone through the buying process, I could relate and understand the customers’ feelings and needs as it relates to buying. Therefore, my goal is to provide a great service where people that are looking to sell or buy their homes can experience an easy and successful process when buying or selling.

My accomplishment was being the first member of my family to obtain a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Science in Education Degree. Another accomplishment was becoming a licensed real estate agent specializing in helping clients buy and sell residential real estate in South Florida.

Working in the Registrar industry for over a decade, has taught me many things when it comes to treating clients. Hence, two of the things that I learned which I believe is a great asset for the real estate industry is the following: The first is to meet customer satisfaction by providing clear and reliable communication. For instance, sharing information with the clients to allow them to know all the facts and become educated regarding their process is important. The second is to put myself in their shoes by carefully focusing on the client’s needs and respecting their wishes.

Using their knowledge and expertise, will allow me to help my clients achieve their dreams when it comes to buying or selling.
